I am Florian Pinkernell—an award-winning photographer with a background in fashion, portrait, and fine art. I create thoughtful, high-quality images for weddings, editorials, and events around the world.

Fashion -as well as documentary photography have always played a major part in my life as an artist. Where are you based?

I’m based in Berlin, Germany, but I love to travel. Please feel free to get in touch and I will gladly follow you around the globe to capture your special day.


What are your pricing packages and what is included?

Well, it depends. ;) I offer a selection of curated packages to suit different needs, and each one can be fully customized. Whether you’re looking for extended coverage, or specific details that matter to you – I’m happy to tailor everything to create a photography experience that truly fits you. For example, I can provide you with a beautifully layouted photo book printed on high quality paper that you will recive via mail.

Can we meet before we book you?

Sure, let’s chat over Zoom, or any other way you like. You’ll be able to ask any questions and get a sense of how it feels to work together.


How long does it take until we receive photos?

First, you’ll receive a handful of sneak peeks just a few days after your wedding.

6 to 8 weeks later, your full online gallery and slideshow will arrive — ready for you to relive the day all over again.

I aim to be a calm, unobtrusive presence on your wedding day. This is your time—a deeply personal and emotional experience—and I want you to feel completely at ease. My goal is to quietly capture the real, in-between moments that make your story unique.

During portraits, I’ll offer gentle direction to help you feel comfortable, but I mostly step back and let your connection lead the way. My background in editorial photography allows me to blend beauty with authenticity—creating timeless, elegant images that feel true to you.

I take pride in creating a warm, personal experience from start to finish. Your story matters—and I want it to shine through in every photograph. From our first conversation to the final gallery, I’ll work closely with you to understand your style, energy, and vision.

Each image is carefully edited with attention to detail, using a refined mix of color and black-and-white tones inspired by my experience in fashion and fine art. The result: a cohesive, emotive collection you’ll treasure for years to come.

As a special part of my service, I also offer high-end retouching to a selection of your images when desired—drawing from years of work with publications like Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and Glamour. This ensures every photo is not only real but beautifully polished.

With a background in fashion, beauty, and fine art photography, I have spent over a decade creating images for magazines like Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Glamour, and i-D. My approach to wedding photography is shaped by that same creative lens—artistic, emotional, authentic and quietly powerful.

My style has often been described as cinematic and atmospheric—capturing people in their most confident, yet intimate moments. I don’t just aim to show how things looked, but how they felt. To tell a story without needing words.
